8. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

This Refund and Return Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") establishes the conditions applicable to digital content subscriptions (SVOD) and the purchase of physical products through the website BUKKAKERY.COM, owned by NEON BULB, S.L. (NIF: B22512727, with registered office at PSO. CASTELLANA, 190 - BAJO 3, CP 28046, MADRID, SPAIN).
8.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND DIGITAL CONTENT (SVOD SUBSCRIPTIONS)
The primary content of BUKKAKERY.COM consists of the supply of digital content (videos, forum access, downloads) that is not supplied on a tangible medium.
8.1.1 Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (Art. 103 m RDL 1/2007)
In accordance with Article 103 m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users in Spain), the right of withdrawal shall not apply to the supply of digital content when the execution has begun.
The execution of the BUKKAKERY.COM subscription service begins immediately after payment confirmation and the granting of access to the video-on-demand (VOD) content or the download function.
CHECKOUT ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By formalizing the purchase of any subscription (SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM, DIAMOND), the user must grant their prior express consent and their acknowledgment that, once access to the content has begun, they lose their right of withdrawal.
Therefore, once the user has accessed the content or initiated a download, no refunds will be issued for the subscription fee paid, except in the case of a verifiable billing error.
8.1.2 Cancellation vs. Refund
- Subscription Cancellation: The subscriber may cancel the automatic renewal of their subscription at any time through their Account Dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period already paid. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
- Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the event of verifiable billing errors (e.g., duplicated charges) or proven technical inability to access the service that has not been remedied within a reasonable period (does not apply if access is lost due to the user's breach of the T&Cs).
8.2 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS – E-COMMERCE)
This section applies to the purchase of physical items (Merchandise, toys, collectibles) through the BUKKAKERY.COM Shop.
8.2.1 Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without the need for justification, provided the product meets the return conditions.
8.2.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Art. 103 RDL 1/2007)
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the following physical products:

- Product Shipment: The Customer must return the product to the address indicated by the support service within 14 days following the notification. The direct cost of return shall be borne by the Customer.
- Product Condition: The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
8.2.4 Refund Processing
Once NEON BULB, S.L. has received and verified the condition of the returned product, the full amount paid by the Customer for that product (including initial shipping costs, if applicable) will be refunded within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer.
